What we provide

Flyingtime creates custom digital poster artwork using the duty report, names, dates, routes, and other details you provide. Unless stated otherwise, your order is for a digital print-ready file, not a physical print or frame.

Your information

You are responsible for making sure the files and details you submit are accurate and that you have the right to share them with us for the purpose of creating your poster.

Orders and payment

Payment is required before work begins. Prices may change from time to time, but any confirmed order will be handled at the price shown when you purchased.

Delivery

We deliver completed poster files digitally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary if we need extra information from you or if there are technical issues outside our control.

Personal use

Your finished poster is for personal use. You may print it for yourself or as a gift. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the file commercially without written permission from Flyingtime.

Corrections

If we make an error in the final file, we will correct it. Changes that are outside the original order, or based on incorrect information supplied by you, may require an additional fee.

Refunds

Because Flyingtime posters are custom digital products, refunds are limited. Please read our Refund Policy for the full details.

Service availability

We may update, pause, or stop offering parts of the service at any time. We will still do our best to complete any confirmed order that has already been accepted.
